This policy explains what information ElevateRx Consulting PLLC, doing business as 440 Sales (“440 Sales”, “we”), collects when you use 440sales.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and your choices. The short version: we collect what we need to sign you in, keep your notes and photos, and sell you a pass. We don't sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or analytics tools.

Payment details (card number, billing name and address) are collected and processed by Stripe on its checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
So the Service works without a signal, your notes, photos, last-viewed sale and hip, and sign-in session are saved in your browser's storage on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them from that device; anything already synced stays in your account. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
We use these providers to run the Service. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Our data is stored in the United States.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or 440 Sales, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We keep your account information, notes and photos while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep for accounting and tax purposes (generally up to 7 years). Photos you delete in the app are removed from our storage the next time your device syncs.

Do Not Track: we don't track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a browser's Do Not Track signal to switch off.
The Service uses HTTPS throughout. Your notes and photos are private to your account: our database only lets you read and change your own records, and photos sit in private storage that only your account can open. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account secure too, since sign-in codes are sent there.
The Service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site.
